The staff were super accommodating and helpful. They provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. we enjoyed the variety of amenities offered by the hotel, including the spa services, a well-equipped gym, and a nice pool area. These amenities added to the overall experience and made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel had some issues that took away from our overall experience. One of the biggest disappointments was the outdated and poorly decorated rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping mall, making it easy to access the public bus to the national park of Iguazu. it is situated near the bus station, providing convenience for travelers.

The hotel lacks attention to detail and needs improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The location was great, just a short walk to the shopping mall, supermarket, and good restaurants. It was also close to the falls. the breakfast offered a wide range of delightful meals.

The food was good, the service was very good, parking was easy on-site, and the location is central, within a 10-15 minute walk from Abc Stadium in a beautiful area.

Location: the hotel was close to bus terminal to the Iguassu Falls and the center of the Iguazu City. I tried some drinks at wine bar Restaurant Terramar, located 10 minutes walk away. I had modern updated room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a cable television.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Foz Do Iguacu and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is excellent, as it is within walking distance to the bus terminal, a shopping mall, and some great restaurants. This made it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself looked really nice, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff here were truly exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist me with any needs I had. They even arranged free transportation for me when I fell ill, which was a huge relief. The service I received here was top-notch.

I didn't have any negative experiences at this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Foz Do Iguacu.

Stayed at a great hotel with excellent location, near main streets, shopping mall, restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options including freshly squeezed juices and pastries. The staff were helpful, especially the English-speaking travel agent. a pleasant stay.
